OpenFlowGrid provides algorithmic signals and, where authorised by the user, executes those signals on the user's own exchange account. We do not hold, manage, or custody any user funds at any time. All trades are executed on accounts owned and controlled by the user.
We offer several subscription tiers (Observer, Executor, Member, Founding Member). By subscribing you agree to:
Subscription fees are charged monthly or annually depending on your selected plan. All prices are in USD unless stated otherwise.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial periods.
In exceptional circumstances (e.g. technical failure on our side preventing access to the service for more than 72 hours), we may issue a pro-rata credit at our discretion.
To enable automated execution, Executor and above subscribers provide Bybit API keys. These keys are encrypted at rest and never shared with third parties. You are responsible for setting appropriate API permissions (we recommend trade-only, no withdrawal access).
You can revoke access at any time by deleting your keys from the dashboard or revoking them directly on your exchange account.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, UHRN FZCO and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform, including but not limited to trading losses, missed signals, technical outages, or exchange API failures.
We aim to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may occur. We are not liable for losses caused by downtime, signal delays, or exchange connectivity issues.

All trading strategies, algorithms, code, and content on OpenFlowGrid are the intellectual property of UHRN FZCO. Reproduction or distribution without written permission is prohibited.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance. Significant changes will be communicated by email.
