• Payment data: Processed by Stripe — we do not store card details. Stripe customer ID is stored for subscription management
• API keys: Exchange API keys (e.g. Bybit) provided for automated execution — stored encrypted at rest, never transmitted in plain text
• Usage data: Trade history, signal logs, platform activity
• Communication data: Emails we send you (welcome, notifications)

3. How We Use Your Data

• To provide and operate the platform
• To execute trading signals on your exchange account (with your explicit authorisation)
• To process payments via Stripe
• To send you account-related communications
• To maintain platform security and prevent fraud

We do not sell your data. We do not use your data for advertising.

4. API Key Security

Exchange API keys are encrypted using industry-standard encryption before storage. They are used solely for executing trades on your behalf and are never shared with third parties. You can delete your API keys from the platform at any time, which immediately revokes our ability to execute trades on your account.

5. Data Sharing

We share data only with:

• Stripe — payment processing
• Your chosen exchange (e.g. Bybit) — for trade execution via your API keys
• Infrastructure providers — server hosting (data stored in EU/UAE regions)

We do not share your data with any other third parties.

6. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you close your account, we delete your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal or financial compliance purposes.

You have the right to:

• Withdraw consent for data processing
